Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Squadd app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Squadd is a team management tool for grassroots football. It helps coaches and parents manage player rosters, fixtures, training, communication, match recording, statistics, and payment tracking.
Squadd is a tracking and communication tool — it does not process payments or handle money.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- One person per account — do not share your login
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have parental consent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Upload offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Impersonate another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content

- By uploading content, you grant Squadd a licence to store and display it to your team members
- This licence ends when you delete the content or your account
- We do not claim ownership of your data
6. Children's Data
Squadd is designed for use by adults (coaches and parents) managing youth football teams. Player data is entered by authorised adults.
- Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to manage player data
- Parents can view and manage their own children's data via guardian links
- All player data is protected by team-level access controls
7. Payment Tracking
