Stop doing substitution maths in your head. Squadd counts every player’s minutes live, warns you when anyone is on course for less than half the match, and suggests the fair sub in one tap.

The things coaches ask first.

What happens after the 4-week trial?

Your team moves to the Free plan. All your data stays exactly where it is, nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. You keep fixtures, availability, the squad, training, payments and match reports, and lose access to the Pro features (live recording, the lineup builder, full season stats and chat) until you subscribe. Basic stats (team record, form and top scorer) stay free. You can upgrade any time.

Do parents have to pay?

No. Parents always use Squadd for free. They sign up with an invite code from their coach and can respond to availability, chat, vote for Player of the Match and view stats at no cost. Only the team subscription is paid, and that is managed by the coach or club.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel through the App Store or Google Play and your team drops back to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data is always yours.

Is my data safe? What about children’s data?

Yes. All data is encrypted, stored in the EU and protected by row-level security, so team members only ever see their own team. Player information is never shared outside the team. Squadd is GDPR compliant with account deletion built in. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

We already use WhatsApp. Why switch?

WhatsApp is great for chatting and terrible for organising. Availability gets buried, nobody knows who has paid subs, and there are no stats or lineups. Squadd gives you structured availability, one-tap replies, automatic stats and everything in one place, and you can keep the group chat for the banter.

Does it work for a senior or Sunday-league team?

Yes. Choose Adult / Senior at setup and you get 11-a-side defaults, every player gets their own login and manages their own availability, and match fees are tracked per player (cash, transfer or mark-as-paid, with automatic reminders).
