How do I create a team?
Sign up with your email, tap Create team, enter your team's name, age group and format (5v5, 7v7, 9v9 or 11v11), then invite parents and players by sharing the join link.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new team gets a free Pro trial so you can set up fixtures, lineups and invite parents before committing to a plan. Trials that start during the off-season (Apr–Aug) automatically run until the 2026/27 season kicks off on 1 September.
How do parents and players join?
From the Squad tab, tap Invite and share the link or code. Parents install Squadd, paste the code, and they're in — no account approvals needed.
What does Pro include?
Unlimited players, live match recording, lineup builder and fair-play rotation, full season stats, team chat, subs & payment tracking, match reports, MOTM voting, tournament planner and more. See the features page for the full list.
How much does it cost?
Pro is £4.99 / month or £39.99 / year (£3.33 per month, saves 33%). Run more than one team? The Club plan adds extra teams at £2.99 each per month — available on the website only.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions purchased inside the app are managed by Apple or Google, not Squadd. On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Cancelling before renewal keeps Pro active until the end of your current billing period.
I paid but Pro hasn't unlocked.
Open Squadd > Settings > Subscription & billing > Restore previous purchases. If that doesn't work, email us with the Apple or Google receipt and we'll fix it manually.
I've forgotten my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll email a reset link.
How do I change the email on my account?
Settings > Account > Change email. You'll need to confirm a link sent to the new address.
How do I delete my account?
Settings > Account > Delete my account — or see the full account deletion page if you can't access the app.
Who can see my team's chat and photos?
Only members a coach has invited to that specific team. Squadd is not a social network — there's no public feed. Chat and photos stay within your team.
The app crashes or won't open.
Force-quit the app and reopen it. If it still crashes, uninstall and reinstall — your data stays on our servers and will come back when you sign in. If the problem continues, email us with your phone model and OS version.
Push notifications aren't arriving.
Check Settings > Notifications on your phone and make sure Squadd is allowed to send them. On iPhone, also check that Focus mode isn't silencing them.
I can't find a fixture or player I just added.
Pull down on any list to refresh. Occasionally a cached view needs a nudge.

I need to report inappropriate content or a user.
Inside the app, long-press any chat message or newsfeed post to report or block it. Blocked users appear in Settings > Blocked users. You can also email us directly.
We'll post here when there's a known outage or widespread issue. If Squadd looks broken and there's nothing here, email us — it's probably local to your account and we'll sort it.
