I Can't Find My Team After Signing In


You're signed in but the app shows no team

This usually means one of the following:


1. You didn't paste the invite code at sign-up

The most common cause. If you created an account without entering the invite code your coach shared, you're in Squadd but not in any team.

Fix:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Join another team
  3. Paste the invite code (or the full invite link) your coach sent
  4. Tap Join team

If you've lost the code, ask your coach to share the invite link again.


2. You're on the wrong account

If you have multiple email addresses, you may have signed into a different account that hasn't joined the team yet.

Fix:

  1. Tap Settings → Sign out
  2. Sign back in with the correct email address
  3. If that account still shows no team, follow step 1 above to join

3. You've been removed from the team

A Team Admin may have removed your membership. Your account still exists but you no longer have access to the team.

Fix: Contact your coach and ask them to re-invite you. They'll generate a new invite link via Settings → Invite members.


4. Your coach hasn't created the team yet

If you're a coach setting up Squadd for the first time, you may have signed up without completing the team creation step.

Fix: From the home screen, tap Create a new team and follow the setup flow.


5. You're a member of multiple teams and the wrong one is active

Squadd supports multiple teams. If you're a coach for more than one team, make sure the correct team is selected.

Fix: Tap the team name at the top of the home screen to open the team switcher, then select the correct team.
