Switching Between Teams

If you're a member of more than one Squadd team (e.g. you coach two teams, or your children play for different clubs):

  1. Tap the team name at the top of the home screen
  2. The team switcher opens — tap any team to switch to it

All screens update to show the selected team's data. Your other teams are unaffected.


Signing Out

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Sign out

Signing out clears your session on this device. Your account, teams, and data are preserved — sign back in at any time with your email and password.


Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile from Squadd.

Before deleting, note:

  • Your account is removed from all teams you're a member of
  • Guardian links to any players you're linked to are removed
  • Your chat messages and feed reactions are removed
  • Player records, match events, and fixtures are not deleted — they belong to the team, not your account

To delete:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Delete account
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm

Changing Your Name or Email

  1. Go to Settings → Edit profile
  2. Update your first name, last name, or email address
  3. Tap Save

If you change your email address, you'll receive a confirmation email to the new address. Your login changes to the new email once confirmed.


Forgetting Your Password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.

Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.


Frequently Asked Questions

I signed out and can't remember which email I used — how do I find it?
Ask your coach — they can see email addresses for team members in Settings → Members. Alternatively, try any email addresses you regularly use with the "Forgot password?" flow.

Can I merge two Squadd accounts?
Not currently. If you have two accounts, sign into the one you want to keep and contact support@squadd.co.uk to have the other account's team memberships transferred.

If I delete my account, will my child's player record be deleted?
No. Player records belong to the team, not to your account. Your guardian link is removed, but the player stays on the squad. Your coach can re-link a new account to the player if needed.
